BUT I'M NOT A SALESPERSON!!!


When sharing the opportunity with someone to go into business for themselves, I sometimes get, "But I'm not a salesperson". The good news is that NOT being a salesperson actually works to your benefit. Times have definitely changed for the better for those who categorize themselves a NON-salespeople. The internet, social media and technology in general have leveled the playing field for EVERYONE!!!

When someone tells me "But I'm not a salesperson". What that tells me is that they hate the thought of trying to sell, convince or persuade someone into doing something. Or, it may mean that they are uncomfortable standing in front of a large room. As someone who is very experienced in sales and very comfortable doing large presentations, I find it very important to share the concept of LEVERAGE and OUTSOURCING.

LEVERAGE: In business, leveraging someone else's efforts and talents happens all the time.
  • The owner of the Chicago Bulls cannot slam dunk a basketball if his life depended on it, but he made money everytime Michael Jordan or Scottie Pippen showed up for a game.
  • Ray Kroc (when he was alive) couldn't serve French Fries to 1 million customers in a day or hit an out-of-the-park homerun, but he owned McDonald's and the San Diego Padres.
  • Steve Jobs would have a lot of trouble driving a big rig from the Apple factory to every Apple store, but still makes money each and everytime an iPod get's rung up at the register by one of his employees.

The point here is... Leveraging and Outsourcing is an amazing tool that puts you in control without having to become the expert. I have several people in my CieAura downline who make a phenomenal income who are NOT salespeople and do absolutely ZERO selling.

The concept behind building a huge CieAura business is to NOT be a salesperson. What we do is simply share these chips with people who have the following issues...

When people hear about this new and cutting-edge technology, they fear that they will not be able to explain it efficiently or smoothly. The beauty of it is... YOU DON'T HAVE TO! If CieAura was a company that would only be successful because of salespeople, the business model would fail very quickly. Instead, the business model is designed specifically to help those without any sales experience or the desire to become salespeople to become very VERY successful.

Here is the "NON-Saleperson" concept:
  1. We just share the CieAura chips and give them to people who want to try them. Imagine if you were dealing with a major migraine headache. You've been using tylenol, ibuprofin and nothing seems to work. If someone came up to you and said, "Try this for your headache and let me know how you like it." You did no selling! You just shared and helped someone in need.
  2. Follow up. The chips usually work within about a few hours, but in some cases they work near-instantly! They work NOTICABLY well and very fast for most people and they're pretty amazed, hungry for details and begin asking you a bunch of questions like (1) "How does it work?" (2) "What's in it?" (3) "What is a holographic chip?"
  3. The Three "SW's": Some Will... Some Won't... SO WHAT!!! Understand that some people won't be interested. Move on. No big deal. Once again, you are not a salesperson. Your job is not to persuade or convince people of anything. Some people will look at this and be very interested from a technological perspective. Cool! Some people will want to be a customer and just want to go to your website to buy these chips from you month after month after month. That is residual income and all you did was let someone try it. Then... some people you share this will may be more of an opportunity-seeker. They will see a very cutting edge technology, one that people have never heard of yet and want to figure out if there is an opportunity to profit. Whether you know it or not, you have people in your personal circle (or community) that are like this. When you come across these people, this is where NOT being a salesperson benefits you.   4. NON-SALESMANSHIP AT IT'S FINEST!!! When you've just helped solve a terrible problem, or come across someone who is a business minded opportunity-seeker, people are naturally hungry for details. When you get bombarded with questions, all you have to do is say this... (If they are near a computer) "I'm new to all this. I don't know all the answers but here is my new website which explains everything." (If they're not at a computer) "I'm new to all this. I don't know the answer, but here is my friend Ryan who can answer that." (If they are not at a computer and your friend is not available) "I'm new to all this. I don't know the answer but dial this number and listen to the recording (218)432-0951 ext 737904#." This is a very duplicatable process that encourages several things... (1) Your friend realizes that they don't have to know everything. (2) There is a solid system, helpful tools and a motivated team behind them to help. (3) Most importantly... ANYONE can do what you just did!!!
  5. THAT'S IT!!! No selling. No long sales pitch or presentation.

Here is what is so powerful... You may not be the famous rockstar, pro athlete or business person who has a huge following. But you might know someone who knows someone who is. This is merely a numbers game. The more people you share these chips with, the more likely you will expand your network of people who just may explode this business for you. When this eventually happens, you begin seeing more and more people and more and more money. Once again... YOU ARE NOT SELLING!!!
